Focused Training Session
Ongoing 1-on-1 support of your obedience goals.
At Summit K9, our Focused Training Sessions provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction tailored to the specific goals set during your initial obedience based consultation.
Building on the customized training plan, these sessions foster accountability and ensure reliable results, helping you and your dog reach new heights in training success. Elevate your dog’s training journey with our expert guidance and calm, patience approach.
These sessions typically run with both owner and dog present, focusing on coaching you to work effectively with your dog and build real-life, ongoing structure based on your dog’s needs.
If required, sessions can also be conducted with the trainer working directly with your dog. This can be helpful where scheduling is difficult or where the dog may benefit from focused 1-on-1 training.
Focused Behaviour Session
Ongoing 1-on-1 support of your behaviour goals.
At Summit K9, our Focused Behaviour Session builds on insights from your initial behaviour consultation, addressing key areas identified in our tailored training plan. These ongoing sessions not only foster accountability but also ensure you achieve consistent and reliable results for your dog. Practical training and clear guidance to help create lasting change in your dog’s behaviour.

Urban Walk & Train
Guided walk in your local neighbourhood with a focus on leash manners.
Summit K9’s Walk & Train service combines exercise with structured training. During each session, your dog is walked through your neighbourhood while we work on leash manners, engagement and general obedience.
When you’re short on time or need a little extra help, let us take the lead and continue building your dog’s training.
Sessions are run with one dog per session to allow focused training and individual attention. If you have multiple dogs from the same household you would like to include, please get in touch to discuss options.
Field Trips (Hybrid)
Give your dog the best of both worlds with this fun training/adventure hybrid service.
Experience a unique blend of adventure and training with Summit K9 Training's Field Trips! We will take your dog for an enriching excursion to your nearest nature reserve or national park, where your pup will enjoy prime sniffari time and practice essential skills like long line recall and public manners.
Our expert trainers will teach your dog how to switch on and off when needed, ensuring a fun and structured outing that elevates their training journey.
