Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect your time, and expect the same in return.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being charged or forfeited.

No-Show

If you do not attend your session without notice, the session will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will still finish at the scheduled time. Lost time will not be extended or refunded.

Refund

Training services are non-refundable.

Results depend on consistency and follow-through outside of sessions, which is outside of our control.

Packages

Packages are non-refundable
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be deducted from your package

If We Need to Reschedule

If Summit K9 Training needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

a new time, or
a refund (if applicable)
